While each taco telegram is your unique message which the Taco Telegram team designs and produces just for you, we pledge to ensure you are satisfied with all our products and services. Taco Telegram Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Due to the customized and edible nature of Taco Telegram’s product, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with the quality and delivery time of your Taco Telegram, we will provide you a credit equal to the cost of your initial order.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tacotelegram.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis, with the explicit goal of providing you with a satisfactory resolution.

Taco telegram Shipping Information

Taco Telegram’s Shipping policy

All Taco Telegram orders are custom made to order. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If we run into any delays, we will contact you promptly via email. In some instances, we will honor rush requests, which will be processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping inside the US.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping inside the continental United States. We are hoping to add International Shipping options in late 2023.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your recipient hasn’t received their order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@tacotelegram.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

By default Taco Telegram uses United Postal Service shipping and will have no problem delivering to a P.O. Box. If you choose expedited shipping, in some instances, we will use a carrier that has limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If we find a conflict between your chosen expedited carrier and your recipient’s address as you have provided it, we will promptly contact you via email to make other arrangements.
